24th March - a good crowd gathered to hear Mary Smith speak to us from Kent about A Schoolgirl's war, especially at Maidstone Girls Grammar School. The time was brought to life by pictures painted and sketched by the Art teacher at the time, who kept a war diary. It was a fascinating talk and we also had visitors joining by zoom to hear and see the talk. A good morning. Thank you Mary!
